Creamer is pretty good. I put one scoop in every coffee, matcha, and hot chocolate. It goes with everything. It’s not a strong taste, so I just consider it extra goodness to work with my Ryze.

I am enjoying the added boost of the creamer. Plus it tastes good. (sometimes I make my Ryze coffee with milk and other times I make it with coffee.) I am having more regular bowel movement so I would say it’s working well!
