I’ll admit I was skeptical about the taste and benefits. I’ve only been drinking it everyday for the past week and I feel better. I’m not drained at 2 in the afternoon, I’m more regular and the taste far exceeded my expectations.

I tried both hot and cold, the coffee taste better when cold in my opinion. Was a little disappointed I didn’t receive the frother I seen in the set photo. All in all, it’s pretty good, seems to give me a little more energy.

I love the jar, scoop, and little book that came with the Ritual deal! I also at one point got a bundle from ryze that included the cute lil mushroom frother. Every morning while my water is boiling I read a page from the sweet little book, enjoy the art then pour my water. I use a scoop of the medium mushroom roast and a scoop of the vanilla probiotic creamer. Metal and honey have a negative interaction so I use my Ryze wood spoon to mix in my honey then use the frother when I pour in my all natural creamer. I’ve had stomach issues my entire life. I have GERD and the part connecting my esophagus and stomach no longer exists. I was put on PPI’S which aren’t the best to be on for long periods of time, which I learned the hard way after the withdrawal from them caused a non-cardiac heart attack. I have completely switched to Ryze mushroom coffee, unlike the medicine there is no negative side effects, only positive benefits. I dont get annoying jitters but I stay consistent throughout the day. I love the benefits and taste of Ryze I 100% recommend anyone to try, especially people with tummy problems!

I love this set! I have enjoyed using the container for easy storage for the coffee.
