When I first bought Ryze, I was addicted to monsters. I needed 2 or 3 to get through my day. I would get energized and crash and need another and another. If I didn’t have them I got massive migraines. I’ve always loved mushrooms so much I even go mushroom hunting for morels, oysters, and others and I always feel great after eating them. I decided to switch from monsters to this. I now drink 2 servings of Ryze in the morning and I have energy all day. No more fatigue, my bloating has gone down, my heart isn’t racing constantly like it was with the monsters and my bathroom schedule has become more regular. I feel great. Highly recommend. Tastes similar to coffee but better in my opinion, not a huge fan of the provided creamer but with the creamer of my choice it’s a nice treat every morning that I look forward to.
