    Ive changed over to Ryze from a lifelong coffee habit. I doubt I will ever go back to coffee as I get so much more from the mushrooms. No jitters, no more urgent bathroom visits in the mornings. Good energy that lasts long into the day. I am only a 1 cup drinker. On a final note, I can wake up in the morning now and my first thought is not on getting my coffee brewing. I like that!! No more a slave to an addiction.

    I took 1 star off for the subscription factor. I don’t like auto pay subscriptions. The product is good so why not sell it locally? Ryze is an aquired taste. But the clean energy is worth it. Some things I did to get through the first week – oatmilk or almond milk flavored creamers and adding a scoop to my smoothie. I would recommend because I notice a difference with my bowel function, bloating, my energy levels throughout the day, mood, and feeling less brain fog.

I’ve been drinking it for a week now, and I’ve already lost 3 lbs! I’m sure it’s not all because of the mushroom coffee, but it’s interesting because I had been dieting for the past two months without seeing much change on the scale. Then, after starting mushroom coffee, I finally started losing weight. Since I’m someone who absolutely has to have coffee in the morning anyway, I don’t see any reason not to make the switch.
