I am not one to write reviews, however I have never come across a product lime this. I have been suffering for years with constant bloating. After eating, no matter what it was I would bloat so bad that it hurt and sometimes it was hard to breathe. Seen my PCP and gastro and they found nothing. And yes I was tested for food allergies. I saw an advertisement for Ryze. I figured I have nothing to lose. OMG!!!! I do not bloat anymore! Maybe once in a while if I drink something carbonated. But even with that it is not nearly as bad. Also, a bonus, I have had a couple people say they I look like I have lost weight. Brain fog is no longer an issue either. I love this product and even got my husband to start drinking it. I started drinking Ryze Mushroom Coffee over two months ago. The original reason I decided to try this route is because I was looking to add to my already holistic lifestyle. Trying to not take so many medications, and I had already started that path prior to Ryze. I read the reviews of the product, did some research on the mushrooms they use and figured why not give it a try! Over 2 months in, this is now part of my morning routine, and if I go a day without my Ryze, I can seriously tell the difference. I feel better, I have more energy when I drink Ryze everyday. I use the Mushroom Coffee with their supplied creamer and sometimes I use my own store bought – all depends on the mood I am in that day. Seriously this product is a game changer if you are already working on and committed to a lifestyle change. I am glad I added this to my routine. Highly suggest this product, give it a good couple of weeks to feel the difference. Although it will make you regular in no time as it works on our guts fast, but in a good way. I find the Original blend to be a nice 3rd cup early afternoons after lunch or brunch. I am a 2 cup dark blend in the mornings and just sometimes feel a desire for the taste of RYZE after the noonish break.

If you think of this as coffee you might be disappointed. It’s a drink all onto itself. I make mine with a scoop of Ryze, a scoop of Ryze vanilla creamer, a scoop of chocolate Vital Protein, a splash of 1/2 and 1/2 and some monk fruit for sweetener. It’s like a mug full of the most delicious hot chocolate you’ve ever tasted and the best part…it’s good for you. It takes me exactly 20 seconds to scoop everything in, then I use my frother to mix it up. Both my husband and I look forward to it every morning.

I’ve honestly not felt this energetic and clear minded in a long time…no more midday crashes or need for some crappy energy drink and no more mentally drained periods at any point throughout any day. The only downfall I could see for some would be the grittiness towards the end of your cup…the pros far outweigh the cons. And I like my coffee pretty strong, so I mix straight into my regular coffee, with an added shot of espresso.
