    I’ve been drinking Ryze coffee for 6 months now, and decided NOW was the right time to review the product and service. What have I noticed in my body? Inflammation is down, my constipation is gone, my body is better regulating its own temperature (menopause) – I’m not saying that hot flashes are gone- but they are less often and less severe. It may be a coincidence and that 8 am moving through menopause, but this is what I’ve noticed in the past 6 months. The staff at Ryze have been very responsive to my requests and needs. I also enjoy reading their little newsletters from time to time. No regrets here!

    I purchased this product from TikTok. Wasn’t sure if it would help with my perimenopause sleep patterns. I did add a little chocolate syrup to take away the slight bitterness. But the product did what it was supposed to do.

    I think the wooden scoop and spoon are adorable as well as the bookmark! The first time I tried the Chai, the water I used was too hot and it tasted bitter. When I used the electric kettle to 197 degrees for the water, it was perfect!

    I can’t say enough about my mushroom coffee. I can’t live without it. Literally I can’t live without it. I suffer from three auto immune disorders, and some mornings. I can’t even get out of bed, but with my 1st cup of rice coffee, I’m good to go. It’s like a miracle. I have the energy of a 30 year-old and then I take a 2nd cup about 1 o’clock in the afternoon and that carries me into the evening. I can’t live without rice, coffee no way know how💕💕💕 I do not lie. This is the god’s honest truth.💕💕
